Overview

At first I thought this was going to be one of those Chinese co-productions where everyone who's Chinese has superpowers, but then I realised that it was actually every man in the movie who has super powers. Good storyline but very little action. I would say this one is the worst out of the series. I liked it better when he himself would break out of prison that's what made the original so good.
